Printer Driver Setup

1. Determine Your Operating System
Before downloading a driver, confirm your OS and version:
Windows: Settings > System > About
Mac: Apple Menu > About This Mac
2. Download the Correct Driver
HP Drivers
Canon Drivers
Epson Drivers
Brother Drivers
Search by printer model (e.g., HP LaserJet Pro M203dw) and choose the correct OS version.
3. Install the Driver
On Windows:
Run the downloaded .exe file.
Follow the on-screen instructions (select connection type: USB/Wi-Fi).
When prompted, connect the printer or ensure its powered on and on the same network.
On macOS:
Run the .dmg file.
Follow installation steps.
Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, click "+", and select your printer if it doesn't auto-detect.
4. Verify Installation
Print a test page from Devices & Printers (Windows) or Printers & Scanners (Mac).
Make sure the printer is listed as “Ready” or “Idle.”
